Administration Team - Practice Administrator
Jackie Hobson is the Practice Administrator. Her
duties and responsibilities are varied and include liaising with the PCT and
various other outside agencies as well as managing the staff, dealing with any
patient suggestions and any non-clinical complaints.
Sue Smith is our Administrative Clerk and is supported by two secretaries Cheryl Evans and Linda Parsons. Their roles are varied and include dealing with queries from the Health Authority, typing, completion of reports for solicitors and/or insurance companies.
