What is Total Triage?
It involves a three-step process:
- Assessment: When you complete triage form online on our website or contact us to schedule an appointment, our trained staff including duty triage doctor will assess your needs. Whether it’s a routine check-up, a specific concern, or an urgent issue, we’ll gather essential information to direct you to the most appropriate care pathway.
- Triage: Based on the information gathered during the assessment, we’ll determine the best course of action for you. This might involve a traditional in-person appointment, a telephone consultation, or guidance on self-care if appropriate.
- Appointment Scheduling: If an in-person is necessary, we’ll offer self-booking links to schedule it at a time that suits you best. Total Triage ensures that you receive timely care while minimizing unnecessary waiting times.
